IPG’s preferred model is long-term alignment. In selected projects, LDG/IPG may negotiate a small minority platform participation in the Portuguese industrial operation in exchange for platform access, territory activation, structuring, partner coordination, PMO and post-launch support. Each project is negotiated case by case, and alternative commercial structures may be considered when aligned with both parties.
